Q: What materials are used to make ChaChaBella friendship rings?
A: All ChaChaBella rings are made with highest quality materials possible.  They feature a solid .925 Italian sterling silver band and headpins, Swarovski crystals and pearls from Austria. All rings are handmade to our highest standard and quality specifications right here in the USA by real ChaChaGirls!

Q: How do I clean my ChaChaBella jewelry?
A: Any liquid sterling silver cleaner is safe to use on your jewelry, just make sure that the label of the cleaner you use specifies sterling silver cleaner and always follow the manufacturer’s instructions on how to use the cleaner. 

Q: How do I keep it safe and looking brand-new?
A: Be sure to keep in the small plastic bag it comes in when not being worn, and take it off when you wash your hands. If you get something on your ring simply rinse it in cleaner.  ChaChaBella offers cleaner for $5.00 on our website or you can find other brands of cleaners at your local drugstore. 

Q: What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
A: As long as it is has not worn and you notify us in writing upon receipt, we will be happy to exchange your ring for the same ring in a different size. Your exchange must be made within 15 days of the original purchase, and you are responsible for all shipping.

Q: What if I do not know what size to order for a friend or myself?
A: Gift certificates! Always the perfect size! We have a cute poem on them as well and if you order it to be mailed we can wrap it in a super cute bag and send it with a very special note card.

Q: How do I size my finger?
A: You can use our ring size chart or you can go to any fine jewelry store to get your finger sized. When in doubt go bigger as our bands are wide and fit differently than a thinner band.  We usually recommend going up a size from normal. Also fingers differ in size, and swelling can cause them to differ at certain times, so can the weather.
Cold Temperatures can make them smaller, hot temperatures can make them larger, therefore, when in doubt order a larger size.  You can always wear your ring on a middle finger, which is a great look!

Q: Which finger do you wear the ChaChBella rings on?
A: Most wear on the ring finger, but the larger rings are often worn on the middle finger, it is simply your personal choice.

Q: What do the different mm sizes listed mean? Such as 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12mm
A: The mm references the size of the beads used to make the ring. The smaller the beads the smaller the ring will be such as a 4mm is the smallest and 12mm the largest we use in the design of ChaChaBella rings.

Q: Why are the smaller 4mm bead rings the same price or more expensive than the larger bead ones?
A: The smaller beads require more silver headpins and more work on each ring to get the same affect. The artist works twice as hard to achieve the same look. So the extra cost is in the silver and artists labor.

Q: I would love to name a ring after my friend what do I need to do?
A: Just contact H@chachabella.com. We will work with you to come up with a special design for just for you.
