Minimum opening order & Reorder
- $100 Minimum opening order no minimum reorder. Must have Storefront or Website.
- All custom orders must be received in writing either by fax or online.

Terms
- Terms and conditions are effective from the date of invoice.
- When paying by check you authorize ChaChaBella, Inc. to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check and $25.00 if the bank returns your check for any reason. Usage of a check for payment is your acceptance of these terms.
- ChaChaBella, Inc reserves the right to repossess all merchandise, if not paid for according to terms of the invoice.
- All credits must be used within 6 months of issue date or will become void.
Payment methods
- Prepaid full amount credit cards terms for fastest shipping time.
- Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express accepted.
- All orders online must be prepaid in full.
- All orders from Markets will be charged 1/2 at order time and 1/2 upon shipment of merchandise.
Return Policy
- Only damaged or defective merchandise will be returned for credit. ChaChaBella, Inc. must be notified within 5 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise.
- All returns are required to have an authorization number please contact customer service at 678-343-1150 To obtain number.
- Any merchandise returned without number will be refused.
- You are responsible for paying freight charges for all items returned through no fault of our company.
- All merchandise is made to order. Custom Bridal orders may exchange ONLY for same ring different size.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the original condition. No exchange will be issued for custom items exchanged damaged or broken.
- No returns will be accepted on custom order merchandise.
- All refused shipments will be charged 20% restocking fee in addition to freight inbound and outbound.
Inter Net and Drop Ship
- A signed release is required to add ChaChaBella, Inc. product images to your web site
- All drop ship orders will be assessed a $2.50 charge
- No minimum re-order
